Committee Meeting – Thursday 28th November at 1900 hrs.

Members may attend this meeting and those wishing to do so should give the secretary at least 72 hours notice. Meetings are held within West Dunbartonshire Council premises and subject of strict fire safety regulations and due to limited occupancy attendance may not guarantee admission.

This is an opportunity for anyone interested in serving on the committee to familiarise themselves with its workings. Members may not participate in the meeting or disrupt the business at hand.
